Best Companies To Work For

Earlier this year DG magazine was pleased to conduct its second detailed online survey to determine the top 20 ‘Best Companies to work for in Egypt’. Each of the organizations chosen to participate has been selected entirely based on existing employee recognition.

Entering a high profile survey of this nature takes audacity, but the companies which excelled in our survey go beyond mere participation, they consistently employ the insights gained as the origin for taking action. We have faith, that they will treat their partaking - not as a happening but rather, as an ongoing process as they embrace all key stakeholders accountable for their mounting success. The idea of this survey was always to discover how important sustainability is to each company’s employees and how satisfied they are with their companies existing HR policies.

To all the companies who were on our listing, well done for making the 2009 DG annual ranking - great companies like your own, simply put people first, and nurture credibility, pride and solidarity. These companies are scattered across Egypt with the sole purpose of aiming to fulfill their slogan; ‘Doing simple things - both agreeably and gratifyingly'. It is most rewarding to note the ever increasing number of companies within Egypt that truly realize that focusing on employees brings real benefits such as, improved workplace engagement, better staff retention, reduced recruitment costs and greater financial performance.

The number of voters that registered their opinion in our online poll surpassed 20, 000 - DG aspires that this assessment helps bring to light the valuable insight into the nature and eminence of the employment experience from their employees’ perspective. This emerging strategy of acknowledging employee fulfillment has been the key-to-success, and thereby facilitating them to differentiate themselves from their competition.

Congratulations to the top 20 ‘Best Companies to work for in Egypt’ listed below - because their definition of success goes beyond the bottom line. To them, it's about excelling in every aspect throughout the workplace along with an organization’s dedication to its most important assets - their workforce…
