Would you consider El Ahly or El Zamalek sporting club a successful business organization? What about Cairo University and OSN? Do you consider your work place as a business organization? Well, let me define a business organization to make things clearer and simple,

“A business organization is a group of people who meet together using their skills & resources for the purpose of exchanging goods and / or services in order to show profit.”

The above definition is very important and ideal to pass the message to all the unskilled managers who are around these days in many business organizations. I would like to remind those managers that the main role of a manager is to perform his tasks according to the organization policy & procedures not according to their personal aspirations; good managers should be able to help their employees communicate together using their skills for achieving the primary goal of any business organization: Profit making; which will never be achieved without the proper allocation of human resources.
